As the leaves turn and the air becomes crisper, it's a sure sign that the season of giving is upon us. What better way to kick off the spirit of generosity than by participating in our Sarris Candy Fundraiser?
Running from Monday, October 23rd through Monday, November 13th, this initiative promises not only to satisfy your sweet tooth, get some early holiday shopping done AND help raise important funds for the students in grades K-8.
Important Dates to Remember
Mark your calendars! The fundraiser spans from October 23rd to November 13th, providing ample time to spread the word and gather support. It's crucial to return your master sheet (white and yellow pages ONLY) alongside the full payment by Monday, November 13th—remember, no exceptions. Sarris, our candy partner, requires a minimum of 4 weeks to process orders efficiently.
Master Your Master Sheet
The success of the fundraiser relies on accurate information. Your order will be filled based on the details you provide on the master sheet, so ensure it's completed correctly. Double-check that you've included the name of the school on the brochure and accurate totals. Keep the colored brochure for your records—it might come in handy.
Make checks payable to LPEP, and please be aware that NSF fees will be charged for returned checks. Thankfully, there's no need to worry about sales tax—Sarris has got that covered.
Convenient Pick-Up Details
Pick-up day on Thursday, December 7th, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Head to the Curtisville Primary Center, specifically the Cafeteria Entrance, to collect your orders.
