OLD BUSINESS
Read-A-Thon - $10,088 profit from donations. Prizes were handed out to winners last week.
Next year will be tentatively February 24.
Spring Sarris – Final numbers not in yet. Profit estimated $2600
Spring Fling – Kids really enjoyed it. Budget might need to be increased for next year.
CPC Book Fair - $6,180 in sales ($1,545 in cash profit)*
EU Book Fair - $4,287.80 in sales ($1,071 in cash profit)*

BUSINESS IN PROGRESS
Bylaws – Tina Raub, Sarah Parks, and Shelley Nulph will do the final look of the bylaws so they can be voted on next month.
2nd Grade Dance – Everything is ready to go. Dance is on 5/31 6:30 – 8:30
5th Grade Field Day – 6/3 with a rain date of 6/4. Planning is going well.
PSSA Snacks – Principals decided they will be sending a letter home to families asking them to send in snacks for their own children.
EU Spring Pictures – This Friday 4/5
NEW BUSINESS
Spring Book Fairs and Spring pictures will be added to end of the year engagement post with parents to ask opinions on them.
Fundraising Chair – Shelley Nulph is the only one nominated.
She has accepted the nomination.
Miste made the motion for Shelley to be the new Fundraising Director.

Spring Apparel Sale – pickup will be 5 6 or 7 of June
Contest will be 4/15-4/24. Sale 5/6-5/20. Board will pick 5 or 6 that we like and post on Facebook for voting. Jamie McClish will design a 2nd design.

Family Dinner Night #3 – Going to look into doing somewhere local. If no one available, we will not do a third night.
OPEN DISCUSSION
Will look into fieldtrips more in depth for next year. LPEP is spending around $20k for all field trips and they are not splitting evenly between grades.
