LPEP Needs Your Help!

The Lancer Parent-Educator Partnership (LPEP) is a non-profit organization that supports K through 8 students and teachers in the Deer Lakes School District by providing funds for field trips, travel, assemblies, equipment, and supplies throughout the school year.

This year, we aim to raise $50,000 to support these initiatives. But we can’t do this without the help of our community. To reach this goal, we need your help! All of our sponsorship options can be customized, and all are tax-deductible.

Option 1: Monetary Donation

Any amount can help us provide Deer Lakes students with new educational opportunities and fun, exciting school events.

Option 2: LPEP Sponsorship

Offered at three different levels:

• Green Level: $250

  For one year, businesses that choose our Green Level sponsorship will be listed, along with their logo and a link to their website, on the Sponsors page of our website.

• Gold Level: $500

  For one year, businesses that choose our Gold Level sponsorship will be listed on the Sponsors page of our website with their logo and a link to their website. Gold Level sponsors will also have their logo and website included in our monthly e-newsletter.

• White Level: $750

  Businesses that select the White Level sponsorship will receive the promotions included at the Green and Gold Levels, PLUS two promotional posts on the LPEP Facebook page during the calendar year. White Level sponsorships are limited to five each year.

• Lancer Level: $1,000

  This top-tier sponsorship gives businesses all the promotions provided at the Green, Gold, and White Levels, plus two additional promotional posts on the LPEP Facebook page during the calendar year (one per quarter). Lancer Level sponsorships are limited to five each year.

Option 3: Event Sponsorships

Throughout the year,, LPEP supports dances, field days, and other events for our K through 8 students. Businesses can choose to sponsor an event with a monetary donation or a donation of goods or services.

Option 4: Field Trip Sponsorships

Each school year, students in grades K through 8 are provided with fun, educational field trips. Businesses may choose to sponsor a trip or cover the cost of transportation.
