Kindergarten Readiness Testing Chair Needed

LPEP is seeking a Kindergarten Readiness Testing Chair to help organize and oversee the testing of incoming Kindergarten students on May 8th and 9th.

Responsibilities:

• Create a signup to recruit volunteers for two shifts (AM and PM) each day

• Assist Mrs. Cavalancia in preparing any necessary packets ahead of testing day

• Assign volunteers to specific duties on testing day, such as:

• Greeter

• Checking families in

• Directing families in the hallway

• Supervising children while they play/color and wait for their turn to be tested

• Walking children to and from different testing stations

• Walking children to parents when testing is completed
